This is nicely situated hotel, 5 minutes walk from metro station and in an active neighborhood. The room was clean and first time in my life I've came across hotel that you should just tell at the reception that you want cleaning the room or towel change - yay, no more resource wasting or unnecessary work to be done by cleaning staff! The reception answered all questions (even lent us vacuum cleaner to vacuum clothes bag) and was very helpful. You can leave your stuff before/after check-in/out. There is microwave and free drinks at the reception. I would stay another time, as the value for money was really reasnoable. However I came across near 50% promotion (~80$/night).

Staff were friendly and helpful and desk manned 24 hours. I was happy to see them everyday. Room was lovely and spacious, excellent air con and bed was super comfy. Super location just steps away from Cheonggyecheon stream. Jonggak station is 2 minutes walk away and 5 min walk at most to the limousine bus stop for airport in front of YMCA. Convenience store 1 minute walk away and an abundance of restaurants on the same street. Cute little supply of coffee, tea, water and toiletries were a lovely touch in the room too, and not only a hairdryer but hair straightener and hair gel too.

The location was excellent. Close to multiple public transport options and attractions. And also walking distance to many central locations. Good as a central point because the places in had planned to visit were in all directions. I mostly had contact with the late night staff. Very accommodating and understanding of a very late check in after midnight. And very helpful in booking an early morning taxi for me.

The location of the hotel is very good. Good transportaion and nearby restaurants , bars are very convenient. It is really fantastic. The room was very clean and nice view. Especially the staff named choong was very friendly &helpful. If i go back to seoul, i will absolutely stay this hotel.
